• A cancellation/refund request will be processed only if it is raised before taking service. Example before assignment work start, or online class starts or exam before preparation help start
• Cancellation charges shall be 5% of the paid amount.
• Refund will be made in the original payment mode after approval of cancellation request.
• You are advised to go through open tests available for respective exam/assignments categories prior to making any payment.
